ARE YOU WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Our Contracts Manger will be accountable for:
- Manging the relationship with Rebels partners, developing a strong commercial ties combined with a robust approach to managing any failure to deliver SLAs or material breaches of contract.
- Negotiating and renegotiating contracts to ensure that Rebel receives the best possible services for the most competitive prices.
- Creating standard contracts that Rebel can use in its dealings with internal and external partners.
- Studying Rebel's requirements, duties and obligations under contracts to ensure we align with the company’s goals
- Supervising contract execution to ensure compliance with the law and regulatory guidelines, including Ofgem, iCO and others.
- Researching business partners and their history prior to writing or signing contracts.
- Monitoring the implementation and performance of signed contracts, and recommending actions for change or alteration as required.
- Maintaining, updating and improving our contracts records.
ABOUT YOU
- You will be a good fit with Rebel culture, excited by our mission and ready to engage with the Rebel Way of Working. If you don't have that, it does not matter what else you do or do not have!
- You may have legal experience as a solicitor or paralegal (preferred but not essential)
- You will have contract management experience
- You will be able to demonstrate focus and tenacity and immaculate attention to detail
- You will be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering contracts management performance in a legal or commercial environment
- You will have commercial experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to manage B2B and B2C relationships.
LOCATION
- This role will be a home working role, with occasional visits to our offices in Bedford or Teddington
or other locations, from time to time, according to the requirements of the business.
SALARY AND REMUMERATION
To be agreed depending on experience (plus benefits upon passing probation)
