Role: Sales Executive

Location: London, UK – 3 Days in the office, 2 from home

Salary: Up to £50,000 as a basic

We have an opportunity for an innovative, sharp thinking individual to gain extensive experience and learn advanced all-round business skills within a unique business scenario: Following its successful launch in Scandinavia, the company UK entity is in full-on start-up mode as they are bringing the smartest and most advanced Electric Vehicle Charging Solution to the UK. Working alongside industry experts, you will be given an exceptional opportunity to own a significant part of this growth whilst honing your own skills and experience, “mucking in” and learning a wide range of business skills. 

The company is Norwegian in origin, with a strong presence in the UK, and European countries. They have large plans to develop out of their start-up stage.

They are looking for a Sales Executive to add to the current team four. This person would be the 5th person in the sales team. They would ideally like someone in their Bermondsey St office, for a minimum of 3 days a week.

This position is very much down to the individuals’ attributes. So, the motivation must come from loving what they do, being passionate about EV’s and the wider sustainability agenda, the team, and the direction. There is a share scheme that the candidate can buy into. This purchasing option is yearly and the candidate would get 20% off the shares.

The role would focus on selling into wholesalers and installers. These people sell the company's charge points into the market, so they are the middlemen in the process. The role would predominately entail cold and warm calls, arranging client meetings, and develop business relationships.

It’s important to point out that the company is a Start-Up so the culture is as such with everyone chipping in and all being on a journey without the setup of a corporate.

The company designs and sells chargers that are very technologically advanced and are winning a lot of work in the UK and Europe, so the product is strong and is a recognised brand in the market.
