Job summary

We are looking for a talented Associate Director with strong experience in Sustainability within the Real Estate sector to join a rapidly growing, dynamic, pan-European sustainability consultancy. This position offers a very exciting opportunity to lead and guide a UK Climate Resilience team who work with major blue-chip clients and Tier 1 Real Estate investors. This team works on both new developments and existing builds – at both the Asset and Portfolio level – by working closely with clients to achieve ambitious sustainability goals, develop carbon reduction targets and transition plans, and deliver energy and net zero carbon audits.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an established Climate Resilience team and develop the consulting service across key clients
  • Lead major bids, sales and key account development through cross-selling and upselling of the service offerings
  • Full P&L accountability for the team including responsibility for sustainable revenue growth
  • Report to the Board on key metrics and progress updates

Qualification / Experience

  • Comprehensive understanding of Real Estate investment management (Net Zero focus)
  • Deep level of experience and understanding in energy and net zero carbon
  • Demonstrable experience of effective team leadership
  • Successful management of major consulting programmes with full P&L accountability
  • Effective management and development of key accounts and experience winning new business
  • C-level engagement through reporting to the Board on objectives and performance indicators
  • Degree or Masters in engineering, architecture, mathematics, geography, environmental studies or related technical subject
