Delivery Lead/ Manager

Position Purpose:

Application lead to join the Technology Execution Services team in Europe to help drive continued growth of the cash equities business
Responsible for the management and continued development of a number of front-office vendor trading applications across cash, electronic and ETF desks
Management, planning, organization and implementation of IT projects
Strong governance of vendor relationships and delivery
Close and continuous business stakeholder management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Application owner for multiple front-office trading systems across cash, electronic and ETF desks
Management of multiple vendor relationships
Full lifecycle project management for a range of front- office technology projects, adopting clients' project management methodologies and ensuring governance to client's PMO standards.
Ensure effective communication flow among business stakeholders, project team members and all IT functions who participate and impact the results of the project development effort.
Build strong working relationships with trading, operational and compliance functions.
Chair working group meetings/calls and deliver progress reports.

AUTHORITIES, IMPACT, RISK:

Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business
Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities
Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions on a timely basis.
Develop descriptions for project justification, plans, roles, responsibilities and reporting structure.
