Project Manager (ICP, EV)

Job summary:

Working on the ICP (independent connection provider) and EV (electric vehicle) portfolios will be expected of you as a project manager. You will oversee all facets of the building, setting up and commissioning of new power contestable connections up to and including 33kV. You will also oversee the EV infrastructure installation.

You will be accountable for delivering these contestable connections on schedule and within budget, reporting to the Senior Programme Managers. Coordinating and communicating with technical personnel, DNOs, iDNOs, and subcontractors in order to fulfil the project schedule and the client's requirements will be your responsibility. In order to guarantee that the intended results are realised, you will eventually oversee the entire project and forecast and track project performance and costs.

Essential:

• Have an in-depth knowledge of HV and LV installations
• Project management related qualification
• Excellent organisational skills and time management skills with a strong
• ability to forward plan
• Ability to coordinate site activities and ensure the safety of all involved
• Computer literate (particularly with Microsoft Project)
• Driver’s Licence

Desirable:

• SSSTS or SMSTS Qualification (or equivalent)
• Certificate of competency for DNO’s, Electrician or Electrical Fitter
• CSCS Qualification (or equivalent)
• NRSWA Supervisor’s qualification
• Emergency First Aid at Work certificate
