If you are a Claims Executive with experience in Corporate, Motor (fleet), Property, Liability, Cyber, Travel OR D&O then this role is for you! You will ensure the highest level of service, support the Broking team, and manage your allocated clients' claims from notification through to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage the claims process regardless of claim size from end to end.
Prepare and present claims reports.
Gather and process information to ensure optimum results for clients.
Meet with Clients on a regular basis to undertake claims reviews.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders involved in the claims process both internally and externally.
Act as an advocate of the claims function in promptly handling and resolving all enquiries.
Provide an understanding of general principle of insurance and claims management.
Identification of claims trends and risk management.
Contribution towards future projects to help evolve the claims service proposition.

Senior Pricing Actuarial Analyst - Pricing - Chicago - Hybrid - Up to $160,000

I am currently working with a World Leading Insurance Carrier who are looking for a Senior Pricing Actuarial Analyst to join their team in Chicago!

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the profitability of E&S Casualty sectors, including Energy, Products Liability, Construction, General Casualty, Public Entities, and Transportation for General Liability and Auto Liability.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to formulate pricing and underwriting strategies, identifying areas for profitable growth.
• Track changes in rates, exposure, retention, and business turnover. Analyse loss trends and industry/regulatory changes, and effectively communicate insights to management.
• Develop innovative business solutions to maximize risk-adjusted profits. Create and implement analytical tools to manage existing portfolios effectively.
• Partner with reserving actuaries to understand reserve development and inform them of pricing and underwriting actions affecting reserve estimates.
• Examine and monitor the profitability of casualty lines by industry segment and geography.
• Research and implement best practice pricing techniques, including Generalized Linear Models (GLMs), across the business.
• Mentor and train junior staff members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• ACAS designation or near ACAS status.
• A good Actuarial experience in Commercial Lines P&C insurance, with a preference for commercial property pricing.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a background liaising with Underwriters/Brokers.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages is preferred.
• Excellent business skills, a collaborative spirit, and responsiveness to service needs and operational demands.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

By joining the Actuarial Services team you will support our clients in the measurement and management of risks, regulatory requirements and deadlines and new accounting regimes that require companies, in the insurance sector, to improve processes and skills on the structuring of the framework controls and reporting schemes.

Specifically, you will take care of:

Carry out prospective assessments in the context of uncertainty;

Required skills

The ideal candidate possesses the following requirements:

At least 7 years' experience gained in a role within international insurance companies or consultancy firms;
Degree in Statistical and Actuarial Sciences or equivalent;
Good knowledge of Solvency II and IFRS 17 issues;
Good knowledge of one or more programming languages (eg R, SAS, Python, Matlab or similar);
Good IT knowledge of one or more actuarial software for cash flow projection;
Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
 Fluency in English.

Job Summary:

The Primary Layout Engineer will be responsible for electrical projects ranging from LV to 132kV on behalf of the company. It will entail working as part of a team to complete 2D and 3D renders of all layout drawings generated by the company up to and including 132kV. You will also be expected to contribute to the conceptual design of various energy projects, primarily Solar Farms and Battery Energy Storage System facilities. You must follow all safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

Essential Criteria:
